  • Is it in your heart causing you to doubt God’s love for you?
  • Is the weight in your mind causing you to hold onto fears, limitations & habits?
  • Is the weight around your feet causing you to follow “friends” on social media instead of walking your own path?

  • Every evening enjoy a plateful of forgiveness. You can have as much of that as you want. Forgiveness of you, them and everybody!!

If you do this regularly for 3 months you will be hooked and will never allow yourself to go back to being heavy and weighed down again!
